Monitoring and Evaluation in Unstable Environments Bangkok
November 2010, Introductory level.
This course, based on the guidelines established by OECD-DAC, aims to assist participants in the design of monitoring systems and to be able to carry out and use small scale evaluations with an emphasis on unstable environments.
The course is an introductory-to-intermediate level and is based on presenting both tools and methods of analysis. It is facilitated by Ralf Otto, Channel Research and Raghav Raj Regmi, Development Consultancy Centre (DECC) both consultants with extensive evaluation experience.
The course follows other trainings given every year by Channel Research in Belgium and is intended for participants from aid agencies, donor governments, NGOs, consultancies and academia.
The course will be held in Bangkok.
